L'occitane Immortelle Reset Oil in Serum Skincare Products Review

L'occitane has come up with a new improved version of their Immortelle Reset Oil in Serum. I have seen many celebrities holding it but I wanted to try and see if it is good so I went to collect my samples. When celebrities simply hold onto the bottle, you would not be able to know whether it is good.

What it is told that it can do: Glow up skin and activate the skin natural renewal mechanism
To apply: Apply over face and neck during night time skincare routine
For what type of skin? Any type that is stress-prone
Unique selling point: It is filled with 3,000 antioxidant-rich Immortelle bubbles

1. Immortelle Essential Oil from Corsica
Immortelle is a plant and the dried flowers can be used for skincare.
Uses: antioxidant, anti-ageing, make skin more firm and elastic, reduce wrinkles

2. Marjoram Extract
It is an aromatic herb found in Middle Eastern Countries.
It contains high levels of antioxidants.
Uses: Wakes up skin cells, moisturise skin

3. Acmella Oleracea Extract
It is a yellow flowering herb found in South America.
It can also be used to flavour chewing gum.
Uses: Relaxes tense skin, leaving skin looking smooth and refreshed.

This is how it looks when applied to my skin. Moist, lightweight and feels like an overnight mask.

I took a before and after photo to show the difference. The results are not very visible but my skin does look more revitalised.

Verdict: 7.5/10 because the results are not visible but my skin does look more youthful. It did not trigger any acne breakouts or allergic reactions.
Price: $64 for 30ml on Sephora. I do think it is pricey.
