Trying Haidilao Secret Codes Food Review

It's my first time at Haidilao and it was a good experience :) The waitress was attentive and initiative in helping us to order and prepare food. For soup bases, we ordered the popular Sichuan mala and fish collagen soup . We chose to have a less oily mala soup base. The mala soup was mouth-watering and heavenly paired with black pork. The fish collagen soup was rich and nutritious.  A robot server!  We ordered the signature shrimp paste, black pork, pork belly, ling ling juan and tofu skin. I highly recommend the shrimp  paste 虾滑. The waitress offered to cut the shrimp paste into the soup and she was really good at it.  Soon enough, I said the secret code 我朋友今天生日 and she gave us a bowl of longevity noodles. The noodles were silky and thin paired with fresh tomatoes.  We also ordered handmade noodles ($4) which were QQ and bouncy to chew.  We also ordered the Haidilao mixing sauce which was very flavourful and appetising (very 开胃).  Nearing the end...

How to score A/A+ in NUS Modules

It was interesting to see many people discussing how to score A/A+ in NUS modules on NUS Reddit. I read some of these forums and decided to share some strategies that I agreed with. I only managed to score two A+ (one Core, one elective) throughout my 4 years and I would like to share some similarities that I noticed about them. A+ is top 3-4% .  I also did a poll to find out what my friends think and the majority of them thinks that scoring A/A+ is hard work.  Factor 1. Create unfair advantages over your peers.  a. Select a GEM/UEM that is closely relevant to your major. Since I'm from nursing, I chose GEH1049/GEC1015 Public Health which gave me a contents+skills advantage . If everyone is learning the same content, you will need to learn more in order to stand out in your work.  Factor 2: Build connections, get resources If your faculty does not provide any past year papers, try to get from other faculties/friends if possible. Since nursing does not provide past ye...
